This agreement is a legal contract between you and Shenlong VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the downloading, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, or misuse the App or associated trademarks without authorization, and you may not extract source code through reverse engineering, translate app text, or create derivative versions. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will provide appropriate notice. Users are responsible for protecting devices, accounts, and login credentials; jailbreaking or rooting a device may compromise security and affect app performance.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible if service cannot be used because of unpaid device bills, data limits, poor signal, carrier restrictions, or platform policy changes. When using mobile data, your carrier may charge data fees. If you enable roaming outside your home country, any roaming costs are your responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own use of the service. For example, inability to access the service because of battery depletion, system misconfiguration, or third-party platform restrictions is not covered by compensation. We work to provide accurate routing and feature information, but some data may come from third-party partners; we are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from such data. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider may terminate service where permitted by law and this agreement.
